1st job interview
The first interview is an opportunity to get to know each other. You’ll meet with members of our team who will ask questions about your background, experience, and why you’re interested in working with us. We’ll also share more about Energy Market Partners, our mission, and what we look for in potential team members.
Case
After the initial interview, candidates are invited to participate in a case study. This step is designed to evaluate your problem-solving skills, industry knowledge, and ability to think critically under pressure. The case will focus on real-world challenges we face in the energy trading space, giving you a chance to showcase your expertise.
2nd job interview
If the case is successful, you’ll move on to a second interview. This conversation will dive deeper into your technical abilities, your approach to collaboration, and how you envision contributing to our long-term goals. It’s also a great chance for you to ask more specific questions about the role and team dynamics.
Contract
Once the interview process is complete and you’re selected as a great fit for the role, we’ll extend a formal job offer. This contract will outline all the details of your position, including your responsibilities, compensation package, and benefits. We’ll work closely with you to ensure everything is clear before you officially join the team.
Onboarding process
Your first few weeks at Energy Market Partners are all about getting you up to speed. Our comprehensive onboarding process includes introductions to your team, training on our systems, and an overview of our work culture.
