The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced consultants to support the delivery of high-quality advice and analysis to our clients regarding long-term company strategy, strategic roadmap, market access, regulatory requirements, and industry developments. Your key responsibilities:
→ Structure and manage the process of entering new markets - investigate requirements for entering specific markets, obtain trading licenses, gain access to local TSOs, exchanges and trading venues and much more.
→ Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry developments.
→ Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure successful deliveries to our clients.
→ Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the market access process.
→ Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the energy industry.
Qualifications – we imagine that you
→ Have a bachelor or master degree within Law, Business Administration or similar.
→ Are curious and interested in expanding your knowledge within the energy industry.
→ Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
→ Are detail-oriented, systematic, and structured with an international outlook.
→ Master written and spoken English on a professional level. Additional languages are a strong plus.
→ Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
→ Have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Casper is the founder and CEO of Energy Market Partners (EMP) with a background as a trader in EU and US markets. He started in the energy industry in 2012 at Danske Commodities as an Intraday Power Trader. Later, he joined Centrica Energy Trading. With 6 years of experience, he co-founded Yggdrasil Commodities, a pioneer in US power markets. Before founding EMP, Casper was part of the initial setup of Norlys Energy Trading.
His experience from starting and scaling major energy trading companies gives him the insight to build a successful trading company from the ground up.
